R. Lawson Vaughn, III has practiced law in Oklahoma and Arkansas since 2007.  Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Vaughn worked in the Farmers Insurance claims department for 10 ½ years.  During that time, he investigated liability and coverage issues and handled litigated and non-litigated injury claims and property damage claims.  He has represented clients in matters involving personal injury, property damage, business transactions, breach of contract, workers’ compensation, subrogation and collections.

Mr. Vaughn was born and raised in Edmond, OK.  He graduated in 1996 from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology.  He graduated with a Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Tulsa College of Law in December of 2006.  He was a member of the Phi Delta Phi Legal Fraternity.  He is admitted to practice before the Oklahoma Bar, Arkansas Bar and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma.  He is a member of the Oklahoma, Arkansas, American, and Tulsa County Bar Associations.
